Products purchased directly from our site may be returned brand new within 10 days of the receipt of your purchase. All sale and discounted items are a final sale. Returns will not be accepted on pre-order items unless there is a manufacturer defect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return an item, please note: slings must be returned in new, unused condition, with the registration tags and original packaging still intact. Returns will only be accepted if customer service has been contacted and approved the return. To initiate a return, please send us an email at indagoslingstudios@gmail.com. 

Indago Studios is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided, so please ship your return with tracking to avoid any lost packages. Once we receive the sling, it will be inspected for use (removed tags, soiling, tampered warning labels, etc). If approved, a refund will be issued within 1 week to the original payment method. If the item is found to have been used in any way, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. 

*Our products are handmade and handwoven. Due to weaving techniques your sling may contain small weavers knots and nubs, irregularities, and small yarn pulls. This is characteristic of all handwoven fabrics and are a testament to their unique production. They are not considered a manufacturer imperfection and do not affect the safety of your product which has been 3rd party tested and approved. All products are carefully inspected before shipping. Quality is our top priority and we will always work with our customers and accommodate if there are any imperfections in their product that they want addressed. 

Shipping 

Ready to ship products are packaged and shipped out within 3 business days. The week of product drops, products may take up to 7 business days to ship depending on volume and demand.
